William and all the staff people are very nice and helpful, very smiley and willing to give you any information you might need during your stay. The hotel is perfectly located on ocean drive and just one min walk from the beach, restaurants, coffees, bars and the famous Miami Beach picturing place. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool and well decorated. They give you beach towels if you need it and the chairs as well you can carry on the back. There is a balcony at the lobby room too. The apartment/room we had was very clean and with the necessary amenities.

We were extremely impressed with our experience at this hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and the room upgrade was a delightful surprise that made our stay unforgettable. The view from the room was wonderful and we even had a private terrace. This hotel has an excellent location and provides complimentary bicycles for guests to explore more easily and enjoy local attractions. We will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The location was excellent. The staff were really nice, Jenna at front desk received us and treated us well. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The patio overlooking ocean drive was great to have. The pool area was lovely and views over the park and ocean drive from that vantage point was really cool. Getting a glass of champagne on arrival in the evening from Jenna added a special touch to the stay. Overall, a great stay was had.

Perfect location, staff is friendly and very helpful, very clean hotel and room, rooms are renovated for a perfect stay, the bathroom is super nice and clean, basic breakfast is offered. The staff allowed me to have my dogs which I appreciated a lot. They have a valet service which was very useful. Bikes, beach chairs are complementary. Hotel is located right in front of the beach, restaurants are all around

We spent 2 weeks per year in this hotel from 2019 to 2023, out stay in 2023 was not good, hotel was becoming too old and not confortable. But we were really suprised in may 2025 by another 2 weeks stay there: hotel was all new, they improved a lot, they added a complementary continental breakfast, and many nice stuff. For sure we will come back again
